Cancellation & Refund

Kindly note our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, will be charged the full reservation amount and will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation and will be issued to the original mode of payment.
